These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Jaya777 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jaya777.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.

To register and maintain an active Account on Jaya777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such person, of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Jaya777 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Jaya777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of the information provided during registration at any time, including a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and evidence of the payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

By using the Jaya777 Platform, you agree to use it solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Any breach of these Terms of Use may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of the Account balance, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Jaya777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies including USDT and BTC. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as direct cryptocurrency transfers.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to your current Account tier and KYC status.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account or to a verified bank account in the User's name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per game round is typically RM250–RM500 as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Multiple account creation.

In the event of Account termination due to breach of these Terms, Jaya777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. Where no breach has occurred, the User may request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance prior to account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Voluntary closures are processed promptly and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method.
